抄録

¹⁸F source for a slow positron beam was produced by electro-deposition from ¹⁸O water bombarded by 14MeV proton beam. It has been verified that ¹⁹F carrier for the enhancement of the electro-deposition current is not necessary for the process where the ¹⁸F activity is large enough.
