N2 - The potential of using Phase Change Material in wooden house has been proved. Since the cost of the PCM is high, searching for a laying position with high heat absorption and dissipation efficiency has been shown as a problem. In this study, we examine the laid position that maximizes the heat absorption and dissipation of the PCM when the PCM is set under the floor finishing material by utilizing the direct gain in winter.
