title = "Microstructure, magnetic and electrical properties of sprayed ZnCoO films",
abstract = "ZnCoO films were deposited on glass substrates by spray pyrolysis at various temperatures, Ts that vary in the range, 260-350°C. Zinc acetate and cobalt acetate were taken as precursors at a concentration of 0.1M. The X-ray diffraction and Raman studies revealed that all the layers exhibited wurtzite structure of ZnO without any secondary phases. The layers showed ferromagnetic behavior at a temperature of 10 K and exhibited n-type electrical conductivity. The electrical resistivity decreased with the increase of Co-doping concentration in the films.",
