We have developed an all-in-one device for photopolymerization-based microfabrication of PDMS microfluidic devices by modifying a commercially available liquid crystal display projector (LCDP). PDMS microchannels were utilized to localize biological species on the substrates. Cell adhesive protein, fibronectin (FN), was introduced from two inlets with different protein concentrations of 5 and 50 μg/mLto microfluidics on bacteriological poly(styrene) (BPS) dishes. Formation of the adjacent line features containing different amounts of adsorbed biomolecules to each other was achieved by softlithographic methods for multiple laminar flowing.
