Development of Electric Cost Reduction Method by Aggregation of Housing and Commercial Buildings

抄録

Purchasing of surplus electricity from residential PV systems by commercial buildings are proposed in this study. A group combining residential houses and commercial buildings was created and the capacities of storage batteries which can minimize electricity fee was calculated at each commercial buildings. We examined the effect of electricity fee reduction and peak demand reduction of commercial buildings by simulation on February, April and August. As a result of the simulation, electricity fee was reduced by 15.6% in houses and by 9.4% in commercial buildings, and capacity charges reduced in all commercial buildings.
