Abstract
Diblock copolymers were synthesized from azobenzene methacrylate and cyanobiphenyl methacrylate with a macroinitiator of poly(ethyleneoxide) (PEO) or poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) by an atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) method. The copolymer with well-defined structures were prepared and showed phase-separated structures.
