Abstract

A novel type of base-amplifying oligomers having multifunctional 9-fluorenylcarbamate units was prepared from polythiol compounds. The oligomers exhibited autocatalytic generation of amino residues in solution to give negative-tone photopolymers by combining with a photobase generator and an epoxy polymer.
