Abstract

Massively penetrated photovoltaic power generation system (P V) causes difficulty in controlling the balance between supply and demand in power grid. Therefore, demand response (DR) from end users will be required from the independent system operator (ISO) as load adjustment. This paper studied about fair charge-and-discharge allocation in individual houses considering ISO's request.
