Generation of Superfluorescence from Multiexcitons Confined in Semiconductor Quantum Dots

Abstract

Superfluorescences from triexcitons and biexcitons confined in semiconductor quantum dots were observed by time-resolved photoluminescence measurements. Superfluorescence of the triexcitons shows a shorter pulse width and a broader spectral width than that of the biexcitons.
